Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

 

We do not accept returns for a change of mind, returns will only be accepted when an item is faulty. You have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault in order to claim a full refund or exchange. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved. Buyer is responsible for the return postage cost.

For return/refund due to buyer bought the wrong case for their phone. We will deduct the orignal "free shipping" which paid by us, $3 for standard postage or $12 for parcel post, from the orignal payment received. (Total paid amount for the order - postage originally paid by us = total refund amount.)

For return/exchange buyer must pay for the postage cost for the exchange item. The orignal free shipping will still be free.

 

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Go to "My account -> Orders -> Click on the order # you want to return. Finally, click on the "Request a replacement or refund.
3Send the parcel back to us. Address will be provided once the we have approved the return.
4After you have sent the parcel, please inform us of that by sending an email to sales@ausmobile.com.au.
